I am about to sleep but I am afraid I will swallow my tongue and die while asleep or half asleep or awake or that my father will stab my mother and brother and kill them and that all that would happen despite that I write about it here

I am about to sleep but I am afraid I will swallow my tongue and die while asleep or half asleep or awake or that I will swallow my tongue and die half asleep in the morning and my days are counted and that will happen despite that I write about it here.

I am having a very strong thought that I will die before I turn 30 either by swallowing my tongue or a car accident, like getting hit on the street or while in a car or get a heart attack and that will happen despite that I write about it here.
