Retired marker, dog in snow and close up of a lamp -- =~= only got up to this March and still dozens of photos to churn through for deletion on iCloud.

Since the lock downs began, the allocation of time for hobbies, 'formless hobbies' like art where liberties can be taken -- it's been a challenge for those of us who do such past-times to not wind up 'being carried away' a/o feel drained and struggle to regain our footing the day after.

The annoyed part of me which remembers a bizarre memory.

*mod edit* age ~7 (?) ..my mom's struggle to explain my name/her English is how I became complacent with signing things off and being addressed with the second part of my last name for about a semester. Can't really remember the face of the teacher, but I remember an apathetic voice saying ~"[Second part of last name], [middle name which I went by in public before postsecondary] or whatever your name is.

While I am in no rush to seek counselling again, the idea of 'distance counselling' from the place I usually visit and am privileged to have access to intrigues me. Something I can do come Monday, is call and ask for something of 'an update' as to the operations scenario.

Here's to spending more time drawing and coming out better 'by the end of this' and not feeling guilty/self-hating and berating for not having exercised as much*.

Understand how my pursuit of not feeling lonely doesn't mean friends. Always.

reprimands for seemingly losing my wallet for a moment at the sort of car wash where persons step and sit inside a vehicle to clean the inside of the windows. I was sitting on it and it was unwise to have left my 'carrying bag'* in the back seat instead of the trunk. What might make me 'aftermath' steaming at my sister and mom for reprimands worse is if I had looked at the persons cleaning and judged them to be shifty. I was watching a Netflix download on my device while my sister and mom were seeming to do that, talking about ethnicities.

* which is now torn
