Should of rang in sick today. I knew i wasnt well enough for work. Nearly fainted and had to be brought home. I think its tiredness too, i haven't slept properly in a long time. I think if i got a good sleep i would feel so much better. I'm glad i made that doctors appt now, i really do think i need it. At least i have some time of work now so i can get some rest.

Hey,

How are you?

I think its a chest infection. I was able to eat a low fat yogurt today and keep it down. It did help a little bit, i dont feel as dizzy. I've spent the day resting. I feel a bit better now, still definately seeing my doctor on monday though.

Thank you :)

Had an ok day today. The only thing i kept down was the yogurt and i really hated the thought of it in my stomach but i did manage to leave it and its a start. I did need it. I rested all day and feel much better for it. I can feel my mood lifting again and i can think clearer.
I've decided to buy a new camera so when i need a distraction i can go for a walk and take photos.

pretty good day :D

Tried so hard yesterday! ate a little and kept it down, didn't take laxatives and didn't exercise. It was really hard, i was fighting with myself all day. but i managed it. got up this morning, weighed myself as usual and i've gained!!
I really don't want this to put me off but i can't help thinking what if i keep gaining? I CAN'T gain anymore! I can't even leave what i have gained, that will be coming off today!

I'm going to try and not let it dictate how my day will be. I only just started feeling better again.

You are in such a tough place I know. The reality is you will most likely gain some weight in recovery tho it should not be excessive with help. Bt it does not make it any easier when you are on the scales. I know it is horrid at the time and I really think it would be worth talking to the person you see to see how you can manage all of this.

Huge hugs honey and please keep going

Hey Cracked,

Yeh, i finally gave in about seeing my gp! lol.
I've been thinking a lot about what everyone has been saying and the girl i see wrote a letter for me (i'm not good at talking). I know shes going to take blood though and i'm sure the results won't be good. And shes going to ask all the awkward questions that i don't like answering.

Going to try not to think about it, just distract myself until its over. I got my new camera, just need a memory card and i'm off! Can't wait, i have so many places i want to photograph :D

Thank you again for always listening and giving great advice! You are an amazing person!

willow :D

That is so cool about the camera - I am really into photography - it is a really fun hobby- I hope you have a lot of enjoyment with it :D

You are definitely doing the right thing with the Dr and take it bit by bit

Huge hugs and thank you for being so kind with what you said
