Haven't posted here in soooooo long but thought I would do an update.

I went to London for over a year for treatment and it really helped but recently I've been struggling. I'm falling back into old habits.
I'm back together with my bf and everything is going good but I can't help thinking he will leave me for someone skinnier or more stable.

I've started a new therapy group over zoom. It's scary but I'm hoping it will help.

Can't make an informed opinion about the latter, but as for the former, remember, sometimes it really is all about the bass.

Tell someone you love them today, for Life is short. But scream it at them in Klingon, for Life is also terrifying and confusing.

We do not delete posts.
Let it go.

If he did , would he really be worth having as a BF ? The answer is NO .

People who love us , love us for ourselves not some version of us that we wish we were . Would you commit to being with a guy on the premise of " He's not really what I want but someday he might be ." ? I don't think so , nor do I think your BF would .

Tell those intrusive thoughts to ###$ off . You know them for what they are - LIES . :D

Hugs !
