I'm feeling tired since I didn't sleep well the last two nights. However, I've grown to accept that some days I sleep 9 hours while others I only sleep 5.

I overcame my fear of death a few days ago.
I feel awesome, my OCD(esque) symptoms are going away fairly rapidly.
Of course now I have to deal with existential crisis.
But for the first time in a long time I do not have anxiety, this feels amazing.

Great to hear!

Tell someone you love them today, for Life is short. But scream it at them in Klingon, for Life is also terrifying and confusing.

Got over the existential crisis too.
Life is good.
Probably has also something to do with the fact that I got away from my narcissistic mother.
I haven't been without any anxiety in so long time that it almost confuses me :)

I understand. Sometimes, my depression and anxiety will lift for a few minutes, and it will feel almost like mania. I don't think it is, but it feels strange to be elated, for no good reason. As opposed to what I call surface happiness.

Hi guys, long time no post

I’m not sure I need to worry about TOCD anymore. I am definitely cisgender female :)

HOCD on the other hand, still super stressing about it :/

Also, anyone know where I can get support for family members of Dementia patients?
I am the dancing queen, young and sweet, only...not seventeen :/

Well hey there I don't know how this post slipped under my radar, glad to hear from you, sweetie!

I don't know I think- whether it's Alzheimer's or not, googling for that nearby might come up with some places to start with, for help with the dementia. Sorry to hear that, that's terrible.

Glad to hear about the TOCD- not that I ever really thought you were trans. Or lesbian, for that matter.

Yeah, my grandma has dementia. I love her to death but it’s driving my mom and I insane. She’s very paranoid, and most of it involves my step grandfather. And he is an a-hole on top of that, so I’m in a constant state of anxiousness and exhaustion.

Well that’s good that you didn’t think so, Snaga :) I’m still anxious about the orientation thing very much, but for the most part I’m just trying to focus on important things in life right now. Like my BFA that’s due in a month and I’m nowhere near done...
