Do you know how to make a power packed lunch?
I shared with you a very useful tip for your health lunch.
Healthy lunches should include food from all, or at least most, of the food groups: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, and dairy. Eating a variety of foods at lunch time will help you get the nutrients your body needs to be strong and healthy and can give you energy ...

Horrible Migraines!!

Good products for female incontinence?

I'm just wondering what are some good products for female incontinence?
I am not incontinent, but I do occasionally wet the bed, and I think until I am able to figure out what the problem is, it would be helpful to have some sort of products to keep my sheets clean at least.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

The specialist felt my stomach in the lower area and scheduled me a colonoscopy for this Wednesday. On Tuesday, I have to prep for it which involves drinking a really nasty drink...one glass every 15 minutes for 4 ...

Is this normal??

So I can make myself trip out without using drugs. I have never used drugs. But I can make myself see weird things. I used to be a lot better at it when I was younger, I could even make myself hear stuff back then. (It's not imagination. I literally see and used to hear this) As a kid it was crazy stuff like I would see the characters in paintings moving and talking like ...

About a month ago I got the worst UTI of my life. I didn't notice it until I was at the point of urinating blood. I finally got it cured, but ever since then I have to use the restroom every 3-4 hours, and little things like sneezing, coughing or startles cause me to release a little urine.

Even though I cured the UTI could it have been so bad that it permanently damaged my ...
