Thinking of all these amazing dancers and wishing you could feel confident enough to be like that? It's so beautiful, and feels so meaningful and inspiring...but yet, I can't dance.

Just thought I'd ask if any other women are coping with any menopause stage and recovering from a stroke?

It's hard to know if some of my symptoms are coming from one or the other as many can be symptoms of both!! (such as memory problems, fatigue, mood changes, personality changing etc) or whether I'm just getting a double dose of everything!!! :shock: ...

I've heard some women on TV say that there's this big taboo about menopause.

I don't understand why it is such a taboo. I feel like I've heard women going on about it for all my life.

Can anyone here explain why it is such a taboo subject for some women?
