I get chronic, frequent migraines almost every day. I treat them successfully by alternating Imitrex with Excedrin Migraine and covering my eyes and forehead with a cold, wet, washcloth and then covering that with a bag of frozen vegetables and lying down for about 20 to 30 minutes in the dark.
