Restless Leg Syndrome

Does anyone here suffer with this.

When does it get worse for you and has anything helped to relieve it for you?

I used to get it really bad and it was only by pure chance of my shower breaking that I found that having a bath every day helped to relieve my restless legs.

I think it's coming back though.

Breathing "problem" (not really sure what to call it)

Hello, hopefully this is in the right forum. If not, sorry. I was going to put it under exercise, BUT due to my symptoms....I thought here would be better.

So there was a point (not that long ago) that I was exercising very regularly. About once a day, sometimes multiple times, with rest breaks. Overall I was feeling fine....as in...not having any problem breathing. Then all of a sudden...I had to stop exercise...because I got ...

Mind vs Body (for want of a better title)

I remember once hearing someone say that he hates it that his body won't do what his mind wants it to do.

He was only about the same age as me actually but I still wondered what the hell he was chatting about.

Anyway tonight as I sit here in my bitter and twisted armchair, my mind wants so much to do what my body won't allow it to.

###$! When did that happen?

Some advice here

I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to regular CVS stores since some of my medication isn't covered by health insurance. Yes, those are non-prescription drugs and I've been thinking about some sort of a cheaper alternative like online drug stores. I've heard that Canadian ones are a lot cheaper than US-based. And judging by the news about their ...

anti parasites / mental health treatment

hi, i was wondering if anyone has experimented or used anti parasites and / or colon cleansers. i believe i have been suffering a while from parasites and / or unhealthy colon, and i was hoping to purchase something off label / non prescribed to possibly help with the discomfort i regularly experience.

i have read a lot on parasites, what types there are, and what problems they can cause, and i relate to the ...

Periods of lost appetite

Hi

I do not have an eating disorder but I do go through periods of time which could be days or weeks where I can barely eat as a result of my mental state.

My concern is for my health. I've been doing very well mental health wise. I actually made what I think is close to my final breakthrough last March and since then I've felt sure that I'm going to recover though I ...
