I have a tumour

I'm actually OK though. I only found out yesterday so I don't know if its anything to worry about.

I had an mri scan on Wednesday and got the news about it yesterday. It's a 6mm tumour on my nerve sheath on my spine.

Was a bit in shock when I was told about it over the phone. She just rattled off loads of things. Basically my spine is shot to ######6 pieces but I'm ...

Restless Leg Syndrome

Does anyone here suffer with this.

When does it get worse for you and has anything helped to relieve it for you?

I used to get it really bad and it was only by pure chance of my shower breaking that I found that having a bath every day helped to relieve my restless legs.

I think it's coming back though.

Mind vs Body (for want of a better title)

I remember once hearing someone say that he hates it that his body won't do what his mind wants it to do.

He was only about the same age as me actually but I still wondered what the hell he was chatting about.

Anyway tonight as I sit here in my bitter and twisted armchair, my mind wants so much to do what my body won't allow it to.

###$! When did that happen?

Some advice here

I'm sure this has been discussed previously, but I haven't found a thread devoted to this subject. I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to regular CVS stores since some of my medication isn't covered by health insurance. Yes, those are non-prescription drugs and I've been thinking about some sort of a cheaper alternative like online drug stores. I've heard that Canadian ones are a lot cheaper than US-based. And judging by the news about their ...
