Help me understand DA

Hi, I'm Pam and I've posted on many of the forums here, but this is the first time I've been to this forum.

Sporadic Memory Retrieval

Anyone else ever have the experience of knowing something for a brief period, and then losing it again? Or knowing only the facts of something, and not having any emotional background to go with it?

right now I'm remembering things that I can't allow myself to connect emotion to, because if I do, I'll just lose the whole thing again; it's too overwhelming.

Is this possible? If not, what is more realistic?

How long, on average, would it take for a person to recover from something like this?

How would a person with such ...
