I have found a website that allows me to make self EMDR therapy online (http://selfbetter.com/emdr-therapy/). I have been using it for 3 weeks and the results are very reasonable since I reduced from an anxiety level of 8 to an anxiety level of 5.

I wonder if other also have the same experience with self emdr?

it goes through phases. from reoccurring nightmares to constant flashbacks to feeling numb about it but still thinking about it all the time. its Always on my mind one way or another.
