If you deal with or have dealt wirh anxiety on a regular basis, what coping methods helped your anxiety?

Do you exercise, meditiate, eat a healthy diet, ETC.

Exercise and a good diet help me, I also take medication, that helps but leaves me feeling like well... a zombie. It helps to identify what’s causing the anxiety too so therapy can help with that.

Do you mind me asking what kind of diet you are on or what your diet consists of?

Oats, eggs, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins chicken, fish and lean beef, brown rice and sweet potatoes and lots of water. That’s the core of what I try and stick too, but Just avoid sugar, alcohol, processed food, and starchy grains
