I think that some people are younger then others, at the same age.

I think happiness, good food, good sleep and curiosity help staying young.

I think unhappiness, big losses, economic issues, health issues, boring life can make people older.

In the video, the guy of 51 seems to have passion. Maybe he enjoys looking young, too. That can help

I agree passion plays a big role in keeping people young. As for the introductory post, I'd simply take the compliment and enjoy it.
I also think all/most people in the world need some sort of 'supply' that creates positive feelings (e.g. compliments), what's probably not healthy is being too dependant on it.

For me he doesn't look old, he looks more "mature", at an other step of life.
