Can I drop 16 pounds, by January.

I am 5'11 and weight about 188 and I am 26. I want to lose at least 16-22 pounds by January. Can anyone tell me the fastest easiest way? I'm not gonna do anything drastic, but has anyone done a quick and effective weight loss?

Looking for a rapid way to lose weight is a sure way to gain even more than you starteed with, in the long term. 'Weight loss' should not be your main target, as such. Instead, try to get into the habit of going to the gym or just goign for a walk in the evening after work. You will NOT lose weight or get fit by restricting food or keeping to your own habits. If you want to be fit and healthy, then your life-style simply has to change.

Hey it is possible ! I lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks :)

All you need to do is consume less than 1200 calories per day, and don't eat anything after 6 pm. That's how I did it the healthy way!

Also remember to exercise. Good luck!
