Hello.i have some wonderful tips for weight lose.I hope all of you like these tips.
1.Jogging,running,walking are best exercises for weight lose.
2.Drink 10 times water in a day is good for weight lose.
3.Green tea is also best drink for weight lose.
4.Fruits are best food for weight lose
5.Never skip any meal.

Well,according to my opinion,daily exercise and drinking more water are the best way to reduce weight....!

In my case, Proper diet , Regular Exercise and Enough Sleep.

Thank you for tips and it will be really usefull for people who are bored for their too much weight. They can loss their weight with your tips and I like your instruction for decrease body fat.

Proper diet as in eating the right food in chunks and regular exercise works best. 8)
