It's been said by doctors that losing at least 5 pounds will help to decrease high blood pressure.

Losing weight and regular exercise can lower your blood pressure, but that is in conjunction with sensible eating.

I agree that we have to think about the foods we eat and make sure they are fruits and vegetables at least 2 times a day. I like to eat fruit with my oatmeal or for a snack. Losing 5 pounds can assist with lowering high blood pressure.

Yes it is true that By regular Exercise it will help in lowering blood pressure .

Getting more fit and normal exercise can bring down your circulatory strain, however, that is related to reasonable eating.
