Do People Still Want to Be a Child?

Postby Arik » Wed Oct 06, 2021 10:25 pm

In the past, people talked about wanting to remain a child. Since I've returned to this forum, I haven't seen any current discussion on that topic. Do people still feel that way, or have they moved on?

While I want to be a female child on this side of eternity, that probably won't happen. Ideally, I want to be a female child in Heaven, a cute, adorable child. There's nothing in Heaven I want more than that, other than, of course, arriving there.

If I could go back in time to be a child again; I certainly would do it. If I had to be a child, here, now, 2021, I certainly would pass on that.

Even now, I would say yes to being the female child I always wanted to be.

As I've said, the most important thing to me is going to Heaven, and the second most important thing is to be a female child in Heaven.

There's something in the back of my mind for a long time. This morning I've been thinking about it. People who I knew on earth may wonder why I would change my name from Arik to Ariel and why I'm a girl now. Even those who didn't know me would see right through me, "Why is a grown man passing himself off as a little girl?"

To address that, I wonder if I should be a male child instead. After all, a male child can still look adorable. Those who knew me on earth would think, "Arik's gone back to being a child again? Why am I not surprised?"

I don't feel/never felt that way… absolutely not.

This is an old thread but then they all are in here?
I'm 58 years old, but when I have sexual fantasies I am in my 20's with other 20 year olds, like Brooke Shields, Winona Ryder, etc. I am turned off by wrinkles and fat, both of which I am myself. For years, before I was diagnosed and medicated for bipolar disorder, I kicked myself for mistakes I've made in the past and dreamed of quiting and going back to a previous save. I since realize those mistakes I made were actually me doing the right thing for the wrong reasons. I got lucky. Still I wonder, what if. If I had been properly diagnosed and medicated at an early age, things would've been totally different. However, back then the treatment was ECT, which would've been drastically worse I think.

Regardless it is what it is and wishful thinking is a waste of effort.

To an extent- but to some of us it is an escape. Also some of us are incapable of not having wishful thinking. To an extent that would be me.

But, it is what it is.

Yes, I would love to be in my childhood, caring, loving but strict home and environment. I felt so safe, and a part of a family. This is clearly no longer and I wish not to continue to live this life.
I Won’t try to kill my self but wouldn’t mind if I was taken from the world by some accident, disease or whatever. This sounds so harsh to those who have lost people they love and for that I am sorry.
Regards, Tink
