Sorry for the inconvenience but I just need to...
I am what my therapist would call a schizoid in development with melancholic temperament.
When I lie, even if it's the smallest lie ever, I feel the urge to correct what I've just said.
I want to cut myself but I don't.
I,like, when I discovered ASPD, started having the paranoia that I had ASPD. I cried everyday even with the contradictions (I love my family, like my dog, feel empathy even when it's limited to my small schizoid world) and now it's coming back. Since I was a kid I felt worried for thinking that I was evil and I am fearing the possibility of having ASPD even while I know that it's a lie.
Help me, please..

Welcome Kiyoqude ,

I'm sorry you're having a hard time right now and I'm very glad you are not self-harming .

Have to talked this out with your therapist ? They may have some coping techniques that you can use to deal with intrusive thoughts like these .

Sounds a little like OCD. You should look into that. Sometimes meds can help.
