Getting better

Postby Justddrown » Sat Jun 22, 2019 4:07 am

Take up hobbies, keep the good things for yourself, start eating better, get off the Internet, stop looking around for an answer. I find all of these things have been improving my mental health. I feel it can be a curse but you can allow its energy to transform you through the darkness into someone that needs to be. Naturally all energy receives a reaction thus is a curse. How that shows itself can be bad, really bad. Be careful. Somehow this all ties together...for me anyways.

I agree, justdrown. If I’m able to channel the angst in a constructive way, it becomes a stepping stone vs. a stumbling block. It’s work. Wishing won’t make it happen. It sounds like you’re on the right track. Good job.
