ADD Diagnosis

Postby MellonCollie » Mon Nov 12, 2018 2:02 pm

I met with a new therapist at the end of last week and I apparently have pretty serious ADD. That on top of already having issues with dissociation/depersonalization, depression, OSDD, and anxiety makes things make a lot more sense...
But I also will most likely need to change/get new medication. And learn how to manage/cope with what feels like a growing mess.
How on earth do I manage all of this together?
