That pink and yellow insulation is spun fiberglass and usually holds its integrity pretty well just sitting there. Children and those with sensitive, tender skin can itch from contact with it.
Household or ambient dust would be a greater concern to me, but the nose and respiratory tract provide adequate natural filtering and self-cleaning for the most part. Irritation from fiberglass is considered temporary:

Asbestos exposure has become zero-tolerance. It was used for fire/heat-proofing in the past for furnaces, boilers and electrical, etc. It probably won't hurt you unless it is disturbed to the point of generating dust.
I have had jobs in the past where I would sneeze black at the end of the day from dust and soot. I had to leave that line of work.

Seek help if this is an obsession. People can rarely de-escalate an obsession on their own and do need external help with it. It is no good living in fear of real or imagined contaminants.
Best of luck to you. :D
