You go Tyler77!

I'm proud of myself today because I picked a white keytag at my NA meeting. Yes, again. Yes, I did it. I walked in front of people who know me, acknowledged my relapse, dusted myself and started again.

Well done Oliveira, that's super awesome.

For me, I managed to get a few things done despite being in a pretty dark place within myself.

I am proud of myself because I finally got over my anxiety to order something online from a different country than mine.
I couldn't help myself, there was a sale on Aliexpress and there were so many cute harajuku sweaters, crop tops and skirts that I couldn't miss the chance to get a few. And for so little money. ^^

I am proud of myself for seeking treatment for my condition. Again. I am proud of myself for hoping to be better. Again. I am proud of myself for not turning to drugs and sticking with my prescribed medication. Again.

I am proud that I keep on trying even if sometimes it feels like it is not working as well as it once did. I am proud that I feel like reaching out to someone today even if it is only over the internet. I am proud that I notice very small, yet positive changes during my treatment. I am thankful for any small improvement. I am thankful and proud that I do not wish to die at the moment. I am giving thanks that I am still here and that I have hope. Even when things seem hopeless.

Good evening!
I am proud of myself today mostly because I have registered here :D
but as well I have drilled two holes in the wall and fasten the bookshelf. Now my almost one year old son is more secured.
Best regards

YES to all of that John. Yes a hundred times.

Tomorrow I am seeing a psychiatrist who has pretty much given up on me by now. I am going to discuss my meds with her anyway. On Friday I have my intake appointment with a clinic that might potentially take me on from this psychiatrist's hands. I will not give up, and I am proud to say that.

Congratulations, Jace!

I'm proud that my health has stabilized and I'm in good condition, at least for now at any rate. Now I need to get to work on all the anger that built up while I was down and out.
