Managed to make a full Christmas dinner. Gammon joint, roast potatoes, sweet potato mash, broccoli, carrots, them little sausage things with bacon wrapped round, stuffing balls and Yorkshire puddings.

It was in fact the biggest amount if food I've seen on one plate all year and I couldn't eat it all.

I thought of a motivation to finish an unfinished project.

I'm proud of myself today, because got up early for once, and went for a big walk. At least 5kms. In a nice botanical park.

Even though I've ###$ up royaly I'm kind of pleased with the way I've dealt with it all.

Like I was pulled in the office today and given my letter about my disciplinary and told the reason why and I kept my cool, took responsibility, didn't try to blameshift.

I think that'll stand me in good stead for Monday.

I've said out loud (for the first time) a specific and significant memory of abuse that happened to me as a child.

I actually said it out loud to myself just to see if I could say the words and to hear how it sounded before I say it to anyone else.

I spent over an hour cleaning. I even broke a sweat. It’s been a while. 8)

I went way outside my comfort zone to help other humans help animals. It was challenging & stressful & I might not have done it perfectly, but no one was harmed. Everyone is safe & seemed pleased. Now I need to go rest for 2 million years.
