I’ve been finding the motivation to meditate before sleeping. Under covers, corpse pose, draw attention to breath, not trying to alter it in any way, just noticing it & breathing. Letting thoughts pass. It helps with my sleep. :)

I used my angry energy to sweep the bathroom floor, polish the bathroom sink, & polish the toilet top.

I tidied my bedroom.

My motivation being that I won't allow myself to bring any of my gentleman friends round until its in a state as befits human living standards.

It's now passable.
