Lost files

Moderators: Please PM me and move this thread if appropriate.
This is hopefully my last post I will copy over from *mod edit*:
Towards the end of August 2012, after visiting relatives from my home country, I've lost some files by accidentally transferring them to an unformatted flash drive. Some of these files no longer exist or are very hard to find, get or recreate. I've also made a point to avoid playing certain songs on YouTube because I don't want that experience to haunt me (some of the files I lost were songs from an album I can now only get from iTunes).

Even if I find the files I've lost, I feel empty, because they were the things that kept me occupied for two years aside from video games. I've slightly recovered from the experience, but I now seem to expect loss more than I should at times, or basically become more pessimistic and apathetic.

I'd love to tell you what these files are, but I need this forum, since when I communicate to close ones, it gets more complicated than I hoped for.

I might have to start another thread under the Kleptomania forums if you wish to know more. However, I feel I don't have kleptomania, because I'm more happy about what I get, or the fact I get it for free, as opposed to the process of stealing; I mit have to explain myself under the addictions, self-esteem or elsewhere in the mood forums.
Please read my previous posts; it may help you in giving me advice

Looking for at least someone to talk to, but please no mics and webcams unless you really need it.

File Repair doesn't work, and neither does undelete 360.
