Feeling mean and nasty.

I'm increasing my Lexapro this morning. I got my doctor's approval when I was asleep yesterday, and it was already in me. Yes yes. Hope it helps

I was pealing potatoes earlier on and chopping veg in preparation for our evening meal when I suddenly felt proud of myself.

I didn't feel proud because I'd mastered the art of chopping veg. No, I felt proud because I actually cook proper meals for us nearly every night of the week. I'd not thought about it before because I just do it and it's not even something I was brought up to do or something I was even taught to do...

Anyway it just made me feel proud of myself.x

Fingers crossed for the lexapro, Tyler.

And... I think you do have reason to feel proud, Western! The satisfaction is nearly audible, in your post.

Oh wow hugs!

I'm feeling... meh..... which is better than I was last evening. My moods were being driven by a drunk, I think (and no not literally they just couldn't remain between the lines)
