How do you feel today?

I was feeling annoyed, angry, & sad earlier. I threw my energy into caring for myself & the animals & I felt much less helpless. For now, anyway.

Been all over the place today we've been thinking suicide ideation then the next minute we're happy as we've ever been then we're back to thinking we should just die. But it was a really nice day. We tried to feel the day as much as we can.

Sometimes it's really super hard to know how you feel, isn't it?

Whether we are OSDD or this is some really, really clever facetious bullcrap we've imposed upon ourself- and at the same time we write this, we really do not feel 'normal'- sometimes yes feelings are like they've been put in a blender, aren't they?

And LOL we're going to have to using the 's' word someone might think we're serious- no, OCD is... we blow everything out of proportion. OCD tends to be a very dramatic disorder. I don't mean that disrepectfully, because we (us, the royal we) are very, very guilty of that and so that's something we/I say with plenty of disclaimer that it's not meant as a dismissal, merely an observation that we see most glaringly in ourself. Namely, we're a drama llama. I think that just goes along with the OCD, it's not bad, it's not good (I mean it's horrible for the person who suffers from it trust me no one without OCD wants to be inside our head) but I mean it's not meant to be dramatic, it's just wiring, you know? Can't help that any more than you can help what race you were born, or if you have a Y chromosome (wish we didn't) or two XX. It just is, and you either learn to deal with it, or you fly apart like a faulty centrifuge.

I don't even want to talk about it.

I knew I shouldn't have bothered to get up this morning. It's took me all day to scrape together £100. I can usually do that within a couple of hours in the morning and with a lot less effort. I mean...what an absolute load of shite.

I'm scraping myself off the floor as I write.

I know that I shouldnt be ungrateful for my £100 and believe me I'm really not but if you knew what I had to do to get it then you'd understand why.

I think as long as the swear filter isn't bypassed, then the mod team is quite understanding, that sometimes only 'Belgium' will do, when you feel like a zarking fardwark.
