Not silent until the people outside run out of things that make my dog bark....

Don't know if ear pads/muffs would help. I mostly had pets that are not too sensitive to sound.

Speaking of New Ears; I just got some new OTC hearing aids and am trying to decide if I should keep them. I will say, they do make my dogs incessant barking unbearably LOUD!

Wishing everyone a Happy and peaceful 2026!

My grandparents had a dog and few cats, they lived in the apartment like I do right now but it was a different time, I had turtles, fish, parrots and was occassionally taking care of other animals. Probably will get a pet in the next year though I'm feeling a bit worried about how I'll handle the situation.
