Insomnia help!

Postby Lost3891 » Sat Mar 03, 2018 3:15 am

Hi there

I am just needing some advice and opinions please.

My partner has been suffering from insomnia for the last 2 weeks, and he has turned into a completely different person. He has even told me that he doesn't love me anymore (after 12 years and going through many things together).
I am really struggling with hearing that because everything before this was fine.
Is this normal behaviour that comes with insomnia? He claims all the lack of sleep has made him think much more clearly but I don't see how.....

It’s the lack of sleep. Sleep deprivation is beyond horrible. Respect his wishes and help him with his struggle by just being supportive. Goodluck

This. I think many or even most people underestimate the effects of sleep deprivation, they can go way above and beyond just "sleepy".
what a tangled web we unweave, when we practice to just be
