You'll be alright.....

I know your Feeling terrible.... Feeling scarred...... Feeling anxious..... Feeling Hopeless....

But your going to be alright.....

I know it feels like your going crazy sometimes.... But you'll be alright....

I know it may feel like you have no future.... It's ok......

I've been exactly where you are right now.....

I was there tonight..... But believe me when I tell you...

Sometimes the thing that we need most is someone to tell us that we're going to be alright. I can't tell you how many times I needed someone to tell me that it's all ok. Encouragement, understanding and love seem to help me the most. So I hope this helps you in your time of need. If you think this can help

That is so true,

I had a few experiences on some drugs that completely removed my anxiety and made me realize how anxious and how all of my worries simply are anxiety.

I can't replicate the same "Buzz" for some reason, but whenever I have a panic attack or feel extremely anxious, I remember me telling myself during these rare times ("Don't worry its alright, all of these thoughts were anxiety and are not even worth arguing about in my head, even if they feel like real threats to me") I'd even tell my "future not high-self" to trust me even if I start doubting it might be real threats. Because the fact is : Nothing is worth worrying as much as we do. Simply trust that with the right, healthy thoughts patern, everything will be alright.

Then when the what ifs come back, I remember the times I felt that way and know that'll be alright.
I also remember that when I feel like I'm finaly going crazy and never going back to my "normal-self" , I ACTUALLY WILL like everytime before.

Remember that even if the horrible things you're scared about actually happen, it'll never have been worth worrying so much about.

Also, everytime I was scared of being different of other anxious people, like if bad things would actually happen to me instead of just being anxieties, I wish I'd known every anxious people thought that at some point haha.

So if anyones feeling dead anxious as they read this, trust me, it'll be alright. And even if you don't believe me, remember me telling you that "I told you" when you feel better. Haha ! :)
