suggestion for hypersomnia

Postby ..bbg.. » Sat Jul 08, 2006 11:18 pm

I suffered from hypersomnia not long ago, and I don't have it anymore .
I think hypersomnia can sometimes be a sign of depression, and it can cause depression, so if you've got hypersomnia, check that you don't have depression.
Also, if you're on any medication, maybe lower the dosage or change the time of day you take the dosage.
Hope that was helpful.

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure my hypersomnia is a sign of depression. Although, I am on prozac...

You said you had hypersomnia but don't anymore... what did you do to stop it?
