I personally think that power walking is a good cardio workout.

running!

for best results, intervals work for me -- where you run at your maximum capacity for about 5 to 10 minutes, walk for 3 to 5, then repeat.

I enjoy rowing because it works back muscles important for posture and can still involve the legs. Probably the 'best' is a combination of a lot of movements though, and the ones which don't cause injury.

Cardio exercises are very good for improving the health and getting the fitness.
These exercises improves heart health and regulate the blood in body.
These exercises are also very effective for losing the extra weight.
The best cardio exercises include running, jogging, swimming, cycling, and push ups.

Cardio are best exercise for health and fitness.I like running,it is so easy and have lots of benefits for me.It burns fats and improves breathing process.Running increases stamina and reduces chances of diseases.

Jogging,running and yoga are best cardio exercises because these exercises are for the whole body and i like to do these exercises daily.
