Go for it! Find a class near you - it's everywhere now. It is SO MUCH FUN!! :D I'm going for a class later and I'll come back home buzzing and feeling great. Oh, and I'm losing weight, which is also good!

Push ups and Pull ups is my best exercise, it keeps me fit and very helpful in strengthning muscles with that running is also important 15 minutes jog in the morning is enough to keep yourself fit and make your immunity system strong. There are lot of exercises one can do but i think these are some of the basics exercises that everyone has to do ti liove a healthy life and stay away from diseases.
Thanks

i love plyometric exercises. i trained with a trainor just a few months ago and was addicted right away. the best class for me is Body Attack, which is heavy on jumping, plyometric lunges and all that stuff.

would like to try Zumba too but that's not coming to my gym till November :)

Hi, my favorite exercise is running and pushups, both of these are enough for making me fit and making my muscles strong. Running is the best and most cheap exercise in the World which will make you fit forever but morning or evening running everyday is very important. Those who don't want to do running can do jogging also.
Thanks

Push ups are one of the first exercises everyone can easily perform.
this workout is for the chest, triceps and even involve your back and shoulder muscles.
Dips are alternative to developing chest and triceps muscles.
