I cycle 100 miles a week and do kick boxing and light weight reps as well and now I've got a step machine for when I'm at home.

I used to run until I torn my knee and I have bad spasms in my trapezium muscle through weight training.

I'm starting to think that all this exercise isn't doing me any good. I don't do it to stay slim or put on muscle. I just do it because it stops me thinking and I like the pain as well sometimes.

I have to cycle because its my way of getting about but I'm trying to think of some kind of more relaxing exercise to do that will perhaps make me feel good and that will do my body some good as well.

I'm not getting any younger and I think I need to be kind to myself.
