Please announce yourself and how many days gamble free you are. Also, its great if you add a reason why you don't want to gamble.

A good way for us to step up and be accountable and show support!

PEACEFULCREW (uk) mid 40s,,my bank statement is due anytime ,i believe im approx 3 weeks?(i used to know to the hour) clean ,i would like to beat my previous 5 1/2 months clean, which was also the longest period of no gambling since i was 13.
So rather than wait for the bank statement and to save confusion im calling this day ONE.

Wont say good luck ,but genuine good wishes to all ,im in.

Hey thanks for sharing peaceful crew. I'll start with you. Im sideways from California. Day 1. A reason I don't want to gamble is I like having extra money and being able to pay bills on time and also I want to learn to enjoy things that aren't revolved around gambling.

Anyone else....

90 day challenge?

I'm down for a 90 day challenge. I relapsed and have 4 days. I don't want to gamble because afterwards I feel sick and even suicidal and this holiday season I want to feel connected and happy and available for my friends and family.

ninety days, would love to do that. I am at day 2. last bet was Friday lost about 1000 dollars in a week. So yeah I am up for the challenge. I don't want to gamble because I can remember what serenity was and I would very much like too get rid of my chaotic lifestyle and find something like normal. Good too be back.

Day 55 and still going strong
I stopped because I was the gambling fool but understood the harm I was causing myself.
Walked through a casino on Saturday (out with the boys in Newcastle for a large weekend) and had no urge to have a flutter, pretty lucky really as I was pretty hammered! Keeping strong and doing the right thing.
GOOD LUCK ALL

Last Bet 13th August 2014 (15 weeks or 105 days)

A number on Roulette with your chips on it that comes up is a losing number! Today, I might win but soon after I will lose so WHY BOTHER?!!!

Life is soooo much better, money in my pocket, bills paid, less stress, far less lies (ones of significance anyway!). It ain't rocket science why I wanted to stop!

Slowly but surely I need to change who I have become and find the 'real' me!

Hoping everyone is keeping up the abstinence :-)
