For weight loss it is best to do is do regular exercise, yoga, walk and eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables and also drink more water in a day.

they have all you need to know for healthy real programs and no fad diets.
For food addiction, i'm a binge eater, i'm working to find my triggers first. I've discovered for me that stress and failure to cope with stress has caused much of my binge eating patterns.
So some people may be addicted, some people might actually have binge eating disorder, look into this disorder and it may be very relevant for how you feel about your 'addictions'. I used to think i was addicted to sugar, now i know i just had a binge eating disorder, with sugar being a main trigger that caused me to lose control

Regardless of the situation, the basics for survival never change. Shelter, water, fire, nutrition and medical care are the life essentials needed in any situation. To ensure you have the vital supplies to survive any disaster you must be prepared, and preparedness is not a seasonal concept. Preparedness is a state that must be maintained continually.
