can foreign languages be a fetish?

Now, I know it may sound odd but I have this thing about foreign languages. To me, hearing someone speak in a foreign language is actually stimulating. I even seek this in a partner or if I find out someone knows another language that person becomes more attractive in my eyes. Particularly, German, Russian, and French. I fantasize mostly of dirty words being whispered in my ear or in a commanding tone. back to my question, I was wondering if this is a fetish because it is obsessive but most fetishes are objects or certian physical attributes and a foreign language is neither.

seriously, I would like a reply to clue me in on this. I've tried searching and nothing really comes up on this.

As I see, everything can become a fetish. I like linguistics, but not in a sexual way, I just like to read how many types are, and what are their features.

Strictly speaking, a fetish is a sexual stimulation from inanimate objects. Less strictly, sure why not? Though I'd term it more like it arrouses you than is a fetish you have.

To be honest, I didn't know that a "fetish" had to be an object. I thought it could be anything. I'd definitely say that a foreign language can be a fetish. Dutch (from above the river) really does it for me. I love how guttural and raw it sounds, which is what most people hate about it but I can't get enough myself.

I have a very definite Scottish accent fetish. Seat me next to a bearded Scot and my kilt melts.
