Narcissistic husband

I need help. I was in a narcissistic relationship for 20 years but didn’t realize it until the last several years. I was lied to, verbally and emotionally abused, money was taken from me and he invaded my privacy. It came down to him telling me that the FBI is after me and that I have 2 felonies on me. I have never done anything wrong from a legal standpoint.
I found spyware on my phone and found he went through my emails. I feel violated. He has forged my name on some documents and has maxed out my credit cards. I left him about 1 year ago. Even though he is not around me I am still tormented. I feel lost and confused and cannot form other relationships. I will be working with a new lawyer soon but I feel so alone. I am a successful career women who has several degrees including a doctorate. I am smart in my career but not relationships and this is really destroying me. What can I do to work through this?
