How do you cope?

I'm bipolar and my son is on the spectrum. It hasn't been easy raising my child alone for 3 years now. My wife passed away back when our son was only 2 years of age. A very rough 3 years with all the medication and parenting stuff. My son was diagnosed back in January with ASD. My mood has been a bit stable then but when COVID started affecting my job and my mental well-being, I just need a break from everything. I've snapped on my son multiple times and I just want to make thing better for me and my family.

Thank you guys and I hope you're all well.
