So irritated with my therapist

Postby Rive » Fri May 15, 2020 4:30 pm

So yesterday I talked with my therapist about the thought insertions. I said is that alters? She said well if they are she would have to wonder if she has alters too. She is so wishy washy and I have to wait until Tuesday to talk to her about this further.

When a singleton asks themselves a question, it's rhetorical--they KNOW the answer. If an answer shows up and it doesn't feel like YOU thought it, that's something different.

To say something is abnormal is a useless statement, since it's all relative. Asking oneself questions and getting unexpected answers is VERY normal for DID/OSDD.
