Co-Conscious vs Solo Fronting

Postby MellonCollie » Wed Jan 02, 2019 3:12 pm

Over the past month, we've been kind of been gauging environments and stuff and doing co-conscious stuff and helping AJ with stuff...
But I'm fronting alone right now. It's cool??? but also scary. AJ clearly trusted me enough to let me drive and handle things at work. Max is kind of close enough to ask for help if I need it.
I feel like I'm walking on the moon or something.
It's really cool actually...I'm excited, but still a little scared...
but still excited. :)

Hi Aiden,

I sometimes get to stay out and handle things for Host. It's really cool but kind of scary at the same time. It's good to have help from others when I do it so I'm not completely making it up as I go along.

Good luck,

When they say 'be yourself',
which one do they mean?

Fourteen from our system is now practicing at facing the real world without the safety of the inner world. Before, when he came co-conscious, he always - and I too - we pictured it happening in the inner world some how. Now he is learning to come here and try out how it feels to be in the real world and be someone for real.

He has not taken control of the body fully yet, he has been there with me, but I will give him space to do his own things when he is ready. (If I now how to step back or he knows how to take control and push me back.)

It's good to hear about others who are doing same kind of things.

I felt Fourteen being exited and nervous when he was in the body with me, surrounded by strangers, for the first time without the safety of the inner world. I felt how he felt, so I kind of do now how it feels like, although I'm not the one doing it.

I believe you'll manage just fine. And more you get to practice and do things on your own, better you'll get with handling changing situations. I relate, although it's not me in the same kind of situation. I don't know if it's because I felt how Fourteen felt, or because he is near now and I can feel him. Anyway, good to hear about you and your system's progress. Way to go!

I like to have time out to do stuff and like my own things. Just wish ppl wouldn't like freak out so much so I could do it more often and more like openly.

I can handle things on my own obviously, everyone has just been getting worked up because I just recently made my presence known. It is nice to feel freakin independent. I hope everything goes well for you.

Sincerely Courtney.
