Can parts/alters get "reset"?

In meditation this morning, we uncovered some stuff that was really freaky.

We found some potential connections between our former host who vanished in november, and a new part that emerged last week. The new part was a 12yo girl. Our former host may have emerged at body age 12, and seems to have taken over fully at body age 18, and was basically host for about 30 years.

Is it possible after her 'world' fell apart and she went into hiding, that prevous host is re-emerging as if brand new again?

Cos if that's what's happening, it's kind of blown our collective minds.

Do things as if it was a previous year basically go back wards in life. It might be worth a try....
