After all, all alters are protectors.Violarules wrote:Viola is going through a lot of stress and it's making her extremely aggressive and angry towards mainly herself. Blow steam with her using relaxing techniques. Since listening to relaxing music, to training, doing some creative work, going for a walk, eating something delicious and healthy, caring of Sasha, etc.

Listening to relaxing music, meditating, swimming, doing some training, walking, running, painting, drawing, colouring, screaming (in a safe place), smashing stuff (that are replaceable or non important), sleeping, looking at the stars, doing nothing, anything that might give you all a break.

this made me smile a little bit. relaxing is not part of the self-concept of many protectors. being constantly alert, making sure that everyone is save, everything is taken care of.... it makes stuff like "painting" and "taking a break" sound like... like other people can do that.
i am trying to learn how to relax better. if i find something that works i will let you know!
