Do you have a happy place? If so visit it to get away from it all. Plus being in that happy place can help you feel better and more relaxed.
One of my happy places is an island all to myself. I have my pets there with me playing around. I can hear the waves gently lapping against the shore. There's a dock that's really long I can walk on to the very end and let my feet dangle in the water.
I stand on the shore and I throw a stick in the water and my dog swims out to fetch it.
There's always a cool gentle breeze that is soothing. I have a hammock hung up between 2 trees that I can sway in with my cats cuddling me. The sounds of nature is my music.
I have a boat that I can ride in and go out far enough to see dolphins and they always say hi! And play with me and swim alongside the boat. I have fishing rods and go fishing if I feel like it.
There are all kinds of different trees that have any kind of fruit I could want. My favorite are the orange and peach trees. Though all of them are really good.
I like to play in the sand and try to sculpt differen't things but am not very good at it. It's the process of creating whatever it may be that feels good
The sky is a deep dark blue (pretty dark blue) with the sun shining clearly and beaming down rays of good feeling, happy, rays.
I even have a little grill so I can grill up something to eat if I get hungry. I also have a big cooler filled with ice cold drinks.
I frolic, have fun, let the environment envelope me, and I feel a true sense of relaxation, fun, and happiness. I am at peace here.
If you like, feel free to visit and relax. Or make your own so you can be there anytime you want. Just writing about it has made me happy and feel at peace.
Hope it helps. <3
