I'm doing alright. Mostly worried about my alters, though. I haven't been able to contact them for several days. Isn't it ironic that the BBcode isn't working and my alters won't show up? Hmmm. How are you? -Leslie

"Isn't it ironic that the BBcode isn't working and my alters won't show up?"
Kinda is yeah :| Sorry to hear that. I hope you get more contact with them soon :)

Today we are okay. Some people are triggered by a message we got from a friend of ours, but we have yet to figure out why this particular message was triggering. It's nothing too bad, just noticeable. Also, a child part was very triggered by us almost crashing with our car. We are safe and doing good though and things are calming down again :)

Other than these things, things are going well and we are having less PTSD symptoms lately than ever before. We are happy to be moving and experiencing a lot of growth in the system. The ones who are the most out these last few days have been older and less traumatized alters, which is a new experience for us as they tend to come out just to calm the others down.

So today is a bit more difficult than it's been lately, but nothing bad and in the end it's a good day all the same :)

Thank you :) It's been some years now since we left the abusers but we are becoming healthier and more stable now. Took a while just getting the diagnosis and all though so we are proud of our accomplishments all the same :)

Hope you get more communication going again. We're thinking of you (all) :)

I feel fine because tonight we will have dinner with a friend and we will go to a lecture about autisme in relationships and we go there with her too because some of us have autism.

Logan just came back in hysterics because he said he felt like a wall was blocking him from talking to me. I wonder if it was the medication...Hmm. I'm so glad he's back, though!

Wow, you guys HAVE accomplished a lot. :) We're in the process of getting a diagnosis, but we need to get evaluated first and we're low on money. We're getting there, though.
