oOo Found a way to deal with part of the damages done by the workman. Apparently our house insurance can send us papers to fill in about some of the damages, then they can ask HIS insurance to pay for it.
oOo I wonder why the mediation person did not even mention it. All she kept telling us is that we should expect nothing from the mediation process appart getting the doors back.
oOo I am angry at the mediation person.

We can see why you're angry at the mediator for not mentioning this other option. Is it possible that she didn't know? Maybe that's a bit far-fetched, but some people are just....not very good at what they do.

oOo The mediator has a lawyer diploma and advertises her work using her diploma on her website. If a lawyer does not know it is possible for damages done by someone, to be taken charge of by the person's insurance, well, I guess I know now why she is a mediator and not a lawyer.

Things have improved a bit. There's been a big mess for the past 3-4 weeks with our T, but we saw him this morning and it seems like we're starting to work things out. There are things that some parts are still having trouble getting past, but the T said they can bring those up whenever they want.
Off to try to nap until the afternoon.
