About half an hour ago we took a couple of those cold pills that you have to show your ID to buy.

Just started a new box of Kleenex the other day. Have a feeling it won't last very long.

*PHMMMMMK!* :?

Hey Laura & other MDs,

Sorry you're still sick / sick again! :( That really sucks. We hope you're feeling better soon!

--

We're having a mixed up kinda day again here. I ended up out front again and it was like, super subtle switch or something that we didn't even really notice it had happened?

Like I was awake and coconsious I guess, watching what V1 was up to, then eventually she was coconsious watching me.

We've been reading lots of stuff on the forum here too but haven't been able to put our thoughts together enough to say anything really.

Gonna go to bed early and see if tomorrow's better.

It's nice to meet you all! I hope this is the right place for introductions and such. We didn't want to take up space making a whole thread just for ourselves...it's a little hard because we're still taking this all in. In the process of seeking out a diagnosis, we're seeing a new therapist for gender therapy but this whole identity thing was the biggest thing on the mind and we kinda blabbed it out. She did bring up dissociation and believing we have CPTSD without us leading her specifically to it and saying it sounded like our identities never really formed into a whole, so I think she thinks it's a plausible explanation, though she's in the middle of trying to get a referral for me to a trauma specialist that might be more qualified to deal with that sort of thing (that speaks English since I don't speak the local language well enough). We've shown her our different handwriting and some poetry/writing written in *very* different styles.

Anyhow. It's all very confusing and all, but all I know is that looking through this forum has really helped identify feelings and thoughts and behaviours. Gotten more progress in the last few months finally dealing with it all than in the years and years of therapy! Honestly, it does make sense - we're finally letting ourselves be vulnerable whereas all our therapy before involved unemotional recounting of the past by a part that didn't deal with it.

It's taken until now to finally post because some of us have been a little resistant and afraid of all this opening up to people, that announcing it on a public forum would take away from the denial and doubt some of them have. Have to respect their wishes and all that, not everyone wants their actual name out there. There's about...16ish? of us that we kinda definitely know? And some other fragments that we're not sure about - if they're fragments or unidentified bits of someone we already know. MH was supposed to write this post - started it already, he deals with a lot of day to day stuff - but I guess I got too impatient/he felt too awkward.

Me, you guys can call me Aki since my actual name is a little awkward to pronounce in English. Hi! I myself am a pretty young adult (even if I do have a tendency to act childish and a love of soft toys...) The others would call me cheerful and cheeky and a happy goth...I'm a metalhead, not a goth! Just because I wear all black and squeak out "puppy!" at any dog I see...

Okay, that's enough rambling from me for now. :)

Hey MH & Aki, welcome to the forum!

Sorry we missed your post the other day. Its a thing with popular threads & new members, like by the time your post gets approved it's like, scrolled onto another page.

It's ok if you do your own thread, and you'll get noticed quicker that way too instead of getting lost in a crowded thread like this one. Lots of us have like a 'journal' thread, or just an 'intro' thread or whatever. Hopefully some more folks will respond to your post now cos I sorta bumped it here.

We hear you about being unsure opening up to folks and stuff too. It took us a while to go from lurker to posting as well. :D

Anyways, sounds like you're in the right place. Its friendly here and lotta helpful folks. Stuff's definitely confusing. We've been on this path for like almost 2 years now and we still get confused and wierded out sometimes lol.

So, Saggita is "reforming" themself. I'm not really sure how to describe it, but it's like they dissapear for a while then come back with something changed. Anime did it once a little over a year ago and was gone for 2 weeks and came back a much more fair and less controlling person. But when Anime did it no one expected it and no one knew what was happening til they came back.
Saggita was able to let us all know before they did it. So now it's just the 6 of us and it's very weird. Mainly cause now that we know what's happening it's just a waiting game, we aren't sure how Saggita is gonna change, and we aren't used to not having her here.

Breathing better, sneezing less, but still a little sniffly. Trying to stay emotionally regulated, but it's not easy.
