doc gave me injections today for the headaches. called a cervical nerve block. it's the first time I've tried it.

we are learning all kinds of exercises now that are supposed to reduce stressrelated chronic pain in most patients.
will let you know if anything seems promising.
I do have pain, after a long relatively painfree day, and it is behind the eyes, not the usual face pain.
maybe I should just go to bed.

Having a very low mental energy kinda day here. We got most of our work and stuff done but its hard to think too hard or focus too much. Felt ready for bed at like 5pm, trying to stay up till 7 or 8.. otherwise we get up too early in the morning and then get tireder tomorrow afternoon.

BeccaBee we hope the injections work. It sounds kinda scary to us but headaches suck so we're hoping it fixes them for you.

MDs we're glad you're feeling better from the fall, hope the migraine wasn't too bad & ended fast.

Asti, sorry you're having some pain again. We hope the excercises help!

We stayed up till almost 8pm last night lol, then watched some cartoons in bed till we fell asleep. Woke up / got up before 5am this morning. Seems to be the way it works now lol.

Been worrying abit about amnesia stuff lately. Not like, longterm big stuff (like we assume that's gone anyways) but like, little day-to-day function stuff. Like stuff we 'should' remember, stuff that's not like, oh someone else was fronting or whatever.

We'll probably do a thread or something when we've figured out what we're trying to say.

We are super super nervous about minor surgery that we're having tomorrow afternoon. I know that I should let everyone write down how they're feeling, but there's a big resistance to doing that, and meanwhile we are just doing nothing.

It turns out the recovery is longer than I was told at first, even though I think they're just being conservative, so I will have to take it easy for at least 5 days. But that means I should be doing active things today, or anything I won't be able to do afterwards for awhile. And...we just CAN'T.

Grrr. I can't stand this. Plus, we have to miss therapy on Friday because it's surgery on one eye, and neither driving nor crying will be good ideas yet by then.

Maybe posting this will get me to write and find out exactly what's going on inside.
