because you are strong.

you are tough.

you survived.

and then kept going.

and you'll keep going now.

and you will make it.

discovery and awareness is really hard. you're doing great!

go easy on your self. keep breathing. remember your self care. drink water. take your vitamins. eat healthy foods. sleep. shower. love yourself.

you are a bad ass survivor and you will survive this too. this is a storm and there will be clearer skies ahead.

thanks guys. I try to remember that on my bad days.

when i tell myself that I am weak, broken, damaged, crazy. I try to remind myself that I am strong and resilient.

Yes, that was truelly really nice of you, BeccaBee. And it touched many parts!

Clinic just called; waitinglist for intake; 3 months. Waitinglist treatment; ? Tough, but it could have been worse.

Shrink who wants to fix the damage done by the T invited us again for a conversation in july. I don't think it's worth it.

Messy system these days  It's strange to be co-aware the whole time, but also kind of not, if that makes sense. And I don't know if it's a good idea to have all these parts 'join the conversation'. 'Ofcourse that's a good idea!' someone thinks right now:) Theoretically it is, but it's such a mess, and the scary thing is; I think it's not very different from earlier, just more visible.
