Feel like i am dreaming

Postby gamblox » Wed Mar 14, 2018 7:55 pm

i am new to this forum. I suffered from 10 years from a symptom that it makes me feel i was dreaming.
Working is unpossible at the moment. I think of going to retirement at the age of 36. :(
Only for a couple of seconds every half year i feel totally normal and the dream status is away.
My diagnosis at the moment:
- depersonalisation (clinic said)
- psychosis
- bipolar
- Depression
Every doctor is telling different. They still don't know what i have.

Medicine that doesn't work and which i have tried (also in a big dose):
- olanzapine
- amisulprid
- abilify
- pregabalin
- escitalopram

Are you sure what you're feeling isn't a physical disorder?Maybe you visited the wrong doctor...
BTW how many hours do you sleep a night?

I agree with BelleCat. make sure to rule out the physical firt then focus on the mental. I've had dp and dr since I was a small child, I don't know why but it comes in waves and it's stayed with me for the past year now and hasn't lightened up. I never been in this state before. I ruled out the phsyical, Cat Scans, MRI, Blood test, have you don't this too? Also make sure to check your ears, a lot of people with dp and dr have ear issues.
